Vanni Tamil Cultural and community Center is the only one organization for entire Vanni people who living in outside of Tamil Eelam. On our 10th anniversary, there is a new front organization is begin now on. It calls "vanni Tamil Community scout force" 

Nowadays, people don't care about their society, especially youths. So we are introduce this new front organization for involve youths and children in social work. This will be given a chance to understand our society and think about our society.

Vanni sangam find out that, student needs 40 hours of volunteer hours to gain their high school graduate. And they are working for other community organizations. So, when the time came we created it. Now student can work for our community through VTSF.
